Program Description
Students will learn Torah-based principles of holistic nutrition within a course of one (1) year, or 48 weeks. Students shall meet with instructor during weekly lessons twice a week. The program will consist of four modules and cover topics listed below.

Practicum I: Recipes for Health (Week 27 – 35)
This module will involve food preparation in accordance with all previously learned types of diet. Live and recorded cooking classes will be conducted through Zoom meetings. Cooking for Jewish Holidays will involve a number of healthy recipes adapted for various diets and health needs.

Practicum II. (Week 42-48)
This module involves signing up a client (from a circle of friends, family members, and acquaintances), conducting information sessions, consulting sessions, and food preparation for dietary recommendation. Students will log their progress.
