  Transferrable Credits

  Credits considered for transfer include:

  • Specialized courses relevant to your degree program, fostering deeper expertise.

  • Credits earned at our university during high school, paving the way for a seamless transition to higher education.

It's important to note that while transfer credits count towards your degree completion, they will not impact your GPA at Florida Hebrew

  University.

  Appeals Process

within two (2) weeks of receipt of decision. Our commitment to fairness ensures each appeal is thoroughly reviewed.

2. CREDIT TRANSFERRABILITY FROM FLORIDA HEBREW UNIVERSITY

Florida Hebrew University (FHU) is a religious institution that provides Torah-based education, operating with a curriculum deeply rooted in Orthodox Jewish values. Due to the unique nature of our programs, FHU is not designed to function as a transfer institution. Our students are encouraged to complete their studies here from start to finish, as our educational offerings are tailored to provide a cohesive and comprehensive Torah-based learning experience.

We do not guarantee that credits earned at FHU will be transferable to other institutions, whether secular or religious. Each receiving institution determines its own credit transfer policies, and the acceptance of FHU credits will depend on their specific criteria and guidelines.

If you are considering taking dual enrollment courses or pursuing full-time studies at FHU with the intent of transferring credits to another university, we strongly encourage you to check directly with that institution regarding their credit transfer policies before enrolling in courses at FHU.
