Midot Coach Certification Program

Become a certified Midot Coach through our flexible program. Take each of the 9 modules separately or complete the entire series to deepen your expertise and guide others in living a Torah-enriched life.

Overview

“You shall diligently keep the commandments of Hashem, your Creator” (Devarim 6:17). Hashem gave us commandments through Moshe—such as “Do not judge,” “Do not hold a grudge,” and “Do not covet”—but did not tell us how exactly to achieve the state where we naturally do not speak lashon hara, do not judge, and fulfill these mitzvot effortlessly. The Midot Coach Certification Program addresses this critical “how,” offering practical tools, techniques, and Kabbalistic insights to help participants actively cultivate the inner transformation needed, BeEzrat Hashem, to live these commandments. The program aims to foster achdut (unity) within oneself and in the Jewish community, enhance harmony between husband and wife, and promote understanding within families, equipping participants with the skills to guide and inspire others in dynamically embracing these mitzvot.

"I found it difficult to change the world, so I tried to change my nation. When I found I couldn't change the nation, I began to focus on my town. I couldn't change the town, so, as an older man, I tried to change my family. Now, as an old man, I realize that the only thing I can change is myself.

And, suddenly, I realize that if, long ago, I had changed myself, I could have made an impact on my family. My family could have made an impact on our town. The town's impact could have changed the nation, and I could indeed have changed the world."
