Welcome to FHU Admissions Office. We are glad you are here and hope to make your application prcess smooth and pleasant.

1. Admissions Process

Applying to FHU is a straightforward process. Start by first submitting Statement of Faith, moving to our Online Application form along with supporting documents.  Once the initial application is pre-approved, you will be offered three choices of dates for a written entrance examination and an interview.  Stay aware of important due dates to ensure a smooth application experience.

2. Admission Requirements

We seek students who meet our academic, Torah-observance, and character prerequisites. Applicants must submit transcripts, demonstrate proficiency in Chumash and Gemara (for boys), Lashon Kodesh, provide letters of recommendation, and sign our academic conduct agreements.

3. FHU Entrance Examination

All applicants who met the initial admission requirements will be invited to participate in the FHU Entrance Examination.  Each student will be given a list of 50 questions on various topics of Torah knowledge, Lashon Kodesh, and High School Subjects such as English, Science, and History.  On the day of the exam, each students will be given 5 questions from the list.  A proctored written essay examination will be required followed with an oral discussion. Students must plan to spend up to one our and forty minutes on the exam and 30-45 minutes for the discussion.
